Return and Refund Policy
Each batch of wax melts are tested to ensure they are fit for sale.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you have a right to return it within 28 days of receiving your product in its original packaging and stating the reason for return. we will then test the melts ourselves and if proven faulty in any way a full refund will be given. However once our wax melts leave our premises we have no control over manual handling from the postal services, broken wax melts will not be refunded as they are still fit for purpose.
